It connects to the tools where your property data already lives — Google Drive, Gmail, OneDrive, and Outlook — pulls together your properties, leases, and rent rolls, and, only after you review and confirm what it found, builds one clean dashboard of your whole portfolio.
How Atlas works

Connect your sources
Link Google Drive, Gmail, OneDrive, or Outlook. Atlas reads the folders or mail scope you choose. If you enable the managed email-intake folder, Atlas writes only to that dedicated Drive or OneDrive folder.

Review what we found
Atlas reads only those documents and proposes structured data. Clean, evidence-backed records can be applied automatically; uncertain or conflicting records come to Review, where your edits stick.

See your portfolio
Properties, leases, rent roll, occupancy, and key dates in one place, with trends over time. Scheduled sync keeps it current.
Access mandate
What Atlas accesses, and why
- 01Google Drive / OneDrive
— list folders so you can choose a source, then read property documents only from those selected folders and their subfolders. The optional managed email-intake folder is the only write path.
- 02Gmail / Outlook
— use read-only mail access after you choose a label, folder, or search scope, to capture property documents that arrive by email. Atlas never sends mail or changes existing messages.
- 03Your controls
Your data is not used to train AI models, is encrypted, is isolated to your account, and can be revoked and deleted at any time. See our privacy policy.
